It is specified that the consensus mechanisms will be clear, short and easily understandable; if the original conditions for which consent was requested should undergo changes, for example if the purpose of data processing changes, a further consent will be required pursuant to European Regulation n. 679/2016. It is also specified that all consents collected will be the subject of documentation kept separate from any other company document.
Types of data collected
Among the personal data collected by this site, independently or through third parties, there are: cookies, usage data, name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address. Methods of treatment
The Data Controller processes the Users' personal data by adopting the appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of personal data. The processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, categories of persons involved in the organization of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external subjects (such as third party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) also appointed, if necessary, as data processors by the owner. The updated list of Managers can always be requested from the data controller.
Where. The treatments connected to the web services of this site take place at the aforementioned headquarters and at the site's service provider's headquarters and are only handled by company personnel, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. Purpose of the processing of the collected data
